President & CEO Debra K. Moore, has been employed with the company since March of 1987. Married with two grown children and two grandchildren, she understands the personal aspect of having the proper insurance.

Debbie is currently the principal shareholder in the corporation. She specializes in educating, insuring and servicing a very large number of fire departments and churches in Indiana and Illinois.

She is responsible for the agency's accounting, human resources, marketing and product evaluation.
